Spread out over two floors, the condo boasts breathtaking mountain views, a cozy wood-burning fireplace (with free firewood), and a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and private patio. The lock-off unit adds versatility, allowing for additional privacy when needed. As part of the Fall Line community, you'll enjoy access to the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and a small fitness area at the community center. Plus, there's an EV charger onsite for your convenience. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property. • Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended. The Fall Line condominiums are located in the Killington Ski Village area and a short distance to the slopes (1/3 mile to Snowshed). Most of the condos have mountain views. During the ski season, there is a free shuttle on Saturdays and Sundays and holiday weeks to the resort. There is also a ski home trail open mid-winter (conditions permitting). The Fall Line community center features a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and small gym as well as an EV charger.
