Fall Line Condo G1 (The Slopes Strike Back)

PERFECT LOCATION CLOSE TO THE MOUNTAIN! Completely renovated! Come and enjoy our cozy one bedroom, one bathroom condo located in Building G at Fall Line condos with gorgeous mountain views and just minutes to Killington Mountain. The location is top notch! You can ski home via the Fall Line trail or ski down via the Edgemont/Whiffeltree trail, take the free shuttle in the winter (weekends and holidays) or a very short drive to the mountain and bars, shops and restaurants on the access road. We're also walking distance to the Killington golf course and Killington Grand Hotel. You'll have everything you need with amenities, including a cozy fireplace and firewood, parking, ski storage locker, cable, WiFi, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, two Smart TVs to stream your favorite shows, a small outdoor patio with chairs, kitchen dishes and cookware. The condo is professionally cleaned with freshly laundered linens and towels provided for your stay. We've recently renovated the bathroom and kitchen and updated the furnishings and kitchen appliances giving the place a bright and fresh feel. We may be biased, but we think you'll find our condo is the perfect place for your Killington getaway!

• We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The Community Center at our condo features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and small fitness area. It is closed from mid-April to July 1 and the Monday after Columbus Day to the weekend before Thanksgiving annually for maintenance. Hours are 8am to 10pm. There is an EV charger available outside the Community Center as well.
• The shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks only. There is no shuttle midweek, but we are only 1/3 mile from Snowshed Lodge.
• Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.

The Fall Line condominiums are located in the Killington Ski Village area and a short distance to the slopes (1/3 mile to Snowshed). Most of the condos have mountain views. During the ski season, there is a free shuttle on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks to the resort. There is also a ski home trail open mid-winter (conditions permitting). The Fall Line community center features a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and small gym as well as an EV charger.
