Ski on/off to Pico Mountain which is just out your door or drive a short 10 minutes to Killington to experience the best skiing and riding on the east coast. These rules allow the Association to issue fines and take other actions particularly as it relates to the enforcement of the minimum age requirement of 25, "Quiet Hours" from 9pm until 8am and their no pet policy.
