Killington Short Term Rental Registration

As of November 2020, the Town of Killington requires a permit from the town before you can rent your property on a short-term basis (stays of less than 30 days). Killington Vacation Rentals can help you with this process.

Requirements

• Occupancy is limited to two per "legal" bedroom plus an additional two persons
• For properties sleeping more than eight people, a certificate of occupancy from the Vermont Division of Fire Safety is required
• Insurance specifically covering short-term rental use is required for all properties
